Romany consists of 2 double bedrooms each with a double bed and one twin bedded room. There is a modern bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms with toilet, basin, deep bath and large headed shower. In addition, there is a downstairs toilet in the hall lobby.

The through lounge and dining area has an open log fire at the lounge end, with a colour digital TV/DVD with Freeview and integrated CD player. Double French doors open out onto the south west facing garden patio from the Dining Room, Lounge and Kitchen.

The kitchen is light and spacious and is well equipped with a glass gas hob, electric fan oven and grill, integrated washing machine, under mounted fridge with small freezer, toaster, kettle, saucepans, kitchen bowls and dishes, cutlery, crockery and glasses for 6.  In the kitchen, there is also an additional dining area to seat 6.

The garden has a large patio, nearly the full length of the house which overlooks a wonderful very large heart shaped wildlife pond, which is surrounded by gravel and waterside plants. There is off road parking for several cars or parking in the quiet residential road. There is bike storage available for those traveling with bicycles. Clothes drying area including iron facilities.
